Detached 3-bedroom family house with parking space for two vehicles in a secluded town centre location. Very recently refurnished to an exceptionally high standard. Private enclosed garden. A short walk to four fantastic beaches, including Porthmeor for surfing (and St. Ives Surf School), St. Ives Tate and spectacular coastal walks. An ideal location to relax and explore everything which St. Ives has to offer.
Located in the centre of St. Ives, the house is very close to a wide range of high quality restaurants, traditional Cornish pubs and cafes, Cornish art and craft shops, beautiful beaches, the St. Ives Tate, the harbour and wonderful coastal walks.
Launched for the first time as a year round holiday let in 2021, the house has 3 stylishly refurbished bedrooms on the first floor and a stunning new bathroom.
Flexible accommodation. One bedroom can be set up either with twin beds, or as one Super-King size bed. Plus one double room with King-size bed and one single bedroom (with Smart TV).

Very recently upgraded with a spacious bathroom, inviting sofas, distinctive furnishings and oak flooring in the lounge from the Cornish Tregothnan estate. Victorian fireplace from the “Downlong” area of St Ives with working gas fire. Numerous books, games, DVDs and smart TV with Netflix, Prime Video and Disney+.
Superfast broadband/Wi-Fi. Large kitchen and dining area. Private garden with teak garden furniture including table, chairs, parasol, teak bench and BBQ. Wide collection of Cornish art and Cornish pottery on display in the house.

Guest access
Guests have the entire use of the house – excluding the garage which will be locked.
Other things to note
The location of the house means that guests are not affected by any traffic restrictions into the town centre at peak holiday times. Guests can drive to and from the house without restrictions and can walk to the harbour and beaches with ease.
